Open seminars, workshops and trainings (including online events)
Upon receipt of the booking, the customer will receive a booking confirmation. This constitutes the contract between the customer and digital business partner. The listed contents are trained – the instructor reserves the right to slightly modify the course contents.
The seminar price does not include costs for hotel accommodation, parking fees or similar. Should the participant not be able to attend the seminar, he has the opportunity to name a replacement.
If the participant cancels the participation until four weeks before the beginning of the course, pörtner consulting will refund the full seminar price. For cancellations received by pörtner consulting no later than 10 working days before the beginning of the training, half the seminar price will be charged. For later incoming cancellations or non-attendance the full seminar fee will be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing – the receipt of the cancellation at pörtner consulting is decisive in each case.
pörtner consulting reserves the right to relocate events spatially and / or temporally. For important reasons, the seminar can be canceled against the full refund of the seminar fee – possible claims for damages can not be derived from this.
Individual seminars and workshops (including online events)
In the case of company-specific seminars, the contents, the location, the date, the scope of services, the number of participants and other parameters are agreed upon in advance with the customer individually and fixed in writing. After receipt of the booking, the customer receives a booking confirmation – this constitutes the contract between the customer and digital business partner.
For company-specific seminars it is possible to postpone appointments up to ten working days before the start of the seminar. Later incoming date shifts can not be considered. digital business partner is entitled to redistribute speakers and appointments for important reasons if necessary – any claims for damages can not be derived from this.
Terms of payment
Invoices are to be paid before participation without deduction. Only paid invoices entitle to attend the seminar. All prices include the value-added tax.
Liability
digital business partner is liable for damages only in case of intent or gross negligence. Any liability for the loss of data and / or programs, for loss of work / travel / accommodation costs in case of appointment changes or cancellations is excluded.
